In this project, there are two parts. In terms of the online part, after doing research, personally I have summed up Creme egg’s brand values with three words; playful, joyful, bring happiness. I wanted to bring out the brand’s personality, so I have done video about the birth of Creme Egg. For the story, I tried to make it in a quirky way in order to match the brand. First, there is a super powered chicken and she gives birth to an egg. Then, the egg crack, she tasted it but felt awful, so she has an idea of laying creme eggs and boop the happiness to everyone, that everyone can have a lot of Creme Eggs. Therefore the event name is 'Boop The Happiness'.
I have changed the super power chicken into the Creme Egg’s brand’s colours: purple, red and yellow to present the brand in a stronger way.
For the offline part, my whole concept is ‘Boop the Happiness’. “Boop” is the sound of when the chicken gives birth to the egg, which is meaning spread the happiness with Creme Egg. Therefore, I decided to focus on this superpower Creme Egg Chicken.
The main event is held in Hyde Park near Marble Arch. I chose this location because in the 10 second video, the chicken is in a farm, with grass as the back drop, therefore, I thought it will be quite fun to set the location as Hyde Park. Moreover, I decided to do the event near Marble Arch is because there are a various of shops there and it is very close to Oxford Street, where the population density might be higher.
Sound & Vision’s offline event’s target audience is from age 13-18 with their parents becuase of the repetitive ads on social media, and we are also aiming at the tourists in London due to the location.

Not only having the giant inflatable chicken, there will be a creme egg worker dressed in chicken suit to take pictures and give out the big creme egg and story book to the children. The story book is related to the online stop motion, inside the book,it says ‘A story about the birth of Creme Egg’. Since this event is happening during Easter, thought that would be related to the festival, at the same time, bring out Creme Egg’s funky and humour of the brand itself.
